Metamorphosis

Here in our Birdtown studio, we’ve been undergoing a bit of a metamorphosis, and thought we’d share a few photos…

Shannon’s parents have really been instrumental in converting what was essentially a completely raw space into something a million times more lovely. (Having a carpenter/artist father comes in handy!)

I don’t know what it is about the windows in this space that fascinate me so much. They change color hour by hour, they’re infinitely interesting and beautiful. Of all the things to choose as muse! (I do have some ideas for reproducing them in knits, though…)
